My Story
Some of the earliest ramen memories start with instant ramen. For Frank, the founder of Instant Ramen Japan, it was Sapporo Ichiban instant ramen with fresh vegetables and egg, lovingly prepared by his mother. The scent of ramen filling their Tokyo apartment kitchen was unforgettable, and the excitement of waiting for the meal has never faded.
Raised on instant ramen, Frank’s passion for noodles has only grown. Today, Instant Ramen Japan is dedicated to bringing the very best instant ramen to the world.
