My Story
My very first ramen memories are of instant ramen. When I was a toddler, my mother would add fresh vegetables and egg to Sapporo Ichiban instant ramen packets. I can still picture our old Tokyo apartment kitchen and the wonderful ramen smells coming flowing from it. I'd light up like a firefly when everything was ready to eat - I still do!
You can say that I was raised on instant ramen. Today, I want to bring the best instant ramen to the world.
