In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to change the products and prices on the website without any notice. Products and/or services may be modified or discontinued at any time and we are not held liable. Any new products or services added to this site will follow these terms and services.

General Conditions

This website is for users who are 18 years or older. If you are younger than 18, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian to access this site.

You accept that address information used for shipping may be transferred using unencrypted networks. This does not pertain to credit card information, as this is always encrypted.

We reserve the right to refuse our products and services to anyone, for any reason at any time.

Risk of Loss

The products purchased on this website will be shipped using a third party. Once the purchased items have been delivered to the third party (shipping company), the risk of loss has been passed onto the buyer of the product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to submit the correct address information and we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the buyer.

The Ramen Packs sold on InstantRamen.jp may contain (dried) meat or egg products.
Please check your local regulations, as we are not responsible for what occurs at customs - whether the Ramen Packs are confiscated or otherwise.

We are also not responsible when the Ramen Packs are sent back to Japan, whether due to an abrupt change in your country's shipping situation or otherwise.

Refunds

In the above cases and in general, refunds are not provided.

Customs and Duties

By making a purchase on this site from outside of Japan the buyer becomes responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or fees that may incur during shipping.

Subscription Types

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to an initial payment and recurring payments following every month after the start of your subscription until the end of your subscription plan. At the end of your subscription plan, the subscription will automatically stop, and a new subscription must be purchased to continue receiving monthly packs. To cancel your subscription, you can email us at info@instantramen.jp.

Product Information

We try to make sure information displayed on the site is correct. However, certain information provided by us on the site may contain pricing errors, typographical errors, omissions or any other inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct and update any information on the site without prior notice and/or cancel orders if any information was incorrect.

By purchasing our products (Ramen Packs), you agree to accept all responsibility in verifying that the products you receive are not past their expiration dates. If you choose to consume any product after its expiration date you will do so at your own risk, we cannot be held liable for this. If you receive products past their expiration date, it is up to you, the buyer, to contact InstantRamen.jp and ask for a replacement.

 

InstantRamen.jp cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions caused by our products. Product ingredient information can be requested by emailing us at info@instantramen.jp.

In addition, please note that:

- For longer, ongoing subscriptions (12+ Months), there may be ramen repeats (ramen we've sent previously).   
- If you purchase 2+ packs at the same time, each pack will include the same 5 ramen (based on what's available that month).
- If you subscribe with 2+ packs per month, each pack will include the same 5 ramen (based on what's available that month).

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge that the content and images on the website are the property of Finom K.K. or our licensers that are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary rights and laws.

You agree to assign to Finom K.K. all rights and interest in and to any and all concepts, ideas, trademarks, or trade secrets, products, or services whether or not patentable or registrable under patent, copyright or similar laws, related to the website (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”). Said Intellectual Property will not be used or reproduced in any manner by you.

 

You agree to hold harmless Finom K.K. from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, in any way arising from or related to your use of the website.

The information provided by us (product description or instructions) is for informational purposes only. The use of the website does not substitute professional advice.

Severability

If any of these terms are declared to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, those terms shall be ineffective. However, this does not affect any other part of the terms.
